Georgia Women Flyfishers

Improve and increase the sport of fly fishing in the State of Georgia
Promote and work for the betterment of trout streams and lakes
Encourage and advocate the conservation and increase of trout in the waters of the State of Georgia
Promote a campaign of education against pollution in the streams, lakes, and estuaries of the State of Georgia
Encourage and assist women and young people, particularly of high school age, to become fly fishers
Facilitate and improve the knowledge of fly fishing
Elevate the standard of integrity, honor and courtesy of anglers
Cherish the spirit of fellowship among anglers everywhere
Establish and maintain liaison with other organizations of anglers and conservationists and government agencies concerned with the sport of angling
Keep its members informed of developments of interest to membership
